Nothing I can say will bring him back. I am glad that a used your pain to help other and you are strong women. I was on the computer and seen a story about you. I am off to Iraq soon. I am just hoping that I am a good leader and my guys make it back. God bless you and thank you for all that you have done. Knowing that there is some like you out there to help makes me leaving my wife a little easier. Heck I leave on the 15 and I have not been to bed in close to 38 hours alot of stuff to do before I.

I know that Michael will never be forgotten and that your love for him will endure forever. He is greatly honored and appreciated for his selflessness.
I read about you in the paper today. My heart goes out to you, I know the pain of losing your soulmate too soon. I just lost my husband Michael in July. We were not Military and I can't begin to understand how incredibly difficult it must be but I know that we are connected in love for our husbands and our age. Being young and widowed is so confusing and I know that there are so many of us that feel there is nothing to help us understand such a tragedy. What you have created is so amazing. I just wanted you to know that even though I can not imagine a loss like yours, I am touched by your compassion for others going through such a difficult time.
I know that time will not erase the hurt, but you have given me a glimmer of hope that someone can understand the pain and confusion. You are an inspiration. Thank you.

Taryn, You are so strong and I am so grateful to have met you and Michael. My prayers and thoughts are with you continuously. Michael will always have a memory in my heart dancing in the living room with you when I was over visiting....God Bless You and give You strength! Heros live on forever and Michael definately is a hero!
